Our new website has arrived!

Expect Delays has a new home on the web! It is a small milestone, but an important one nonetheless. We hope this website will allow us to showcase all of our projects, let you learn more about our goals, and provide a better space where we can share the work as it takes shape.

We are a remote team working across continents, building games and software with patience, curiosity, and a healthy respect for the details. That kind of work rarely, almost never, moves in a straight line. Ideas get tested, systems get rebuilt, and the best answers usually arrive after quite a few drafts. And because of that, our name is our constant reminder to leave room for that process.

We're Building

The projects page is where we will keep the current state of our ideas visible. Some are early concepts, some are moving into production, and some will take their time finding the right form. We would rather show honest progress than make promises before the work is ready.

Meanwhile, this news section is for the moments worth marking: a project reaching a new stage, a useful lesson from development, an open role, or a look behind a decision that shaped what we are making. The goal is not a constant stream of announcements, far from it. These articles are intended to serve as a record of what actually happened ─ and how.
